Bonnie Chamberlin

Bonnie is the manager of Vermont Tech’s apprenticeship programs.  Currently she is managing the related instruction side of Vermont Department of Labor’s Electrical and Plumbing Apprenticeship.  Prior to managing the state-wide program, Bonnie managed the apprenticeship program as well as other evening classes as the Adult Ed Coordinator at the Barre Technical Center.

Prior to joining Vermont Tech in 2001, Bonnie had worked as an administrator at the Randolph Tech Center, taught in the business program at the Center for Technology in Essex Junction and in her spare time, taught business classes for CCV.  Bonnie has a B.A. and M.A. with a focus on Adult Education from Norwich University.

Patti Coultas

Patti has been Director of the Vermont Career and Technical Teacher Education Program since July 2009. She came to the program with 13 years combined experience as the Green Mountain Technology and Career Center  Assistant Director for Adult Education, the Program Coordinator for LAPDA, the central Vermont education service agency that provides teacher professional development, and as the School-To-Work coordinator in Lamoille Valley. Before that she worked in government and in a small manufacturing office. She earned a bachelor of art degree from Appalachian State University, and after a year of post-baccalaureate study at the University of Stockholm, Sweden, she earned a master of science degree from Florida State University.

Beth Demers

Beth is a Native Vermonter and has a B.A. in Education & English from Trinity College of Vermont. She has worked with the UVM Graduate School, KSV- as a Qualitative Researcher & Project Manager and has over 10 years’ experience working with the Vermont Department of Economic Development.  Her main role there was to meet with employers across the state, identify their strategic employee training needs, and assist with the development of partnerships and/or performance based training and development through the Vermont Training Program.  At Vermont Tech, Beth works with Vermont employers to ensure that their employees have the skills necessary for success. 

Maureen Hebert

Maureen is the Associate Dean of Continuing Education & Workforce Development Division of Vermont Tech. Maureen has worked in higher education, focusing on workforce and professional development, for over 20 years to support business and industry in realizing strategic and organizational goals through well-planned and implemented training programs. Before joining Vermont Tech, Maureen worked with the University of Vermont Division of Continuing Education as the Regional Director of the UVM Center in Montpelier where she coordinated both credit and non-credit programming utilizing, in part, distance learning technologies. Maureen has a B.A. in Political Science and English and an M.P.A. from UVM. She recieved a certificate in Workforce Development from the University of Virginia and is a DDI certified trainer. Maureen has been a long-time member of UPCEA and former Commissioner and a member of NERHRT, ASTD and Rotary.

Dianne Gross Percy

Dianne is the Manager of Learning & Development with CEWD. She consults and teaches for businesses, schools, professional groups, and organizations in the United States and Canada. Dianne's interactive seminars focus on strengthening individual and group capacity through training and development in leadership skills, change and conflict management, communication skills, customer service training, and facilitation tools and techniques. Dianne has served as an educator for over 35 years and has been recognized for her excellence in teaching. Dianne is a certified trainer of Malcolm Baldrige Quality Concepts and a certified facilitator for Developmental Dimensions International Learning Systems (DDI®). As a life-long learner herself, Dianne has recently completed certificate programs in Crucial Conversations; Disney's Approach to Employee Engagement; Disney's Approach to Quality Service, and the Veterans on Campus training module. Her education includes a B.S. and M.Ed. from the University of Vermont.

Carrie Wright

Carrie is the Business Manager for the Continuing Education and Workforce Development office where she oversees the financial matters for the office, as well as coordinates company-based certificate and degree programs. Carrie works one-on-one with students to provide non-instructional advising and is the liaison for students and administrative departments at Vermont Tech. Prior to joining Vermont Tech in 2000, Carrie worked as a legal secretary and real estate paralegal in Chittenden County. Carrie’s office is located in Randolph Center. Carrie holds a B.S. from Vermont Tech in Business Technology & Management.
